HydroThane signed 3rd contract with Lallemand, production location Salutaguse, Estonia. After two successful contracts and operation of the two anaerobic reactors – Lallemand decided to have a third anaerobic reactor of HydroThane (ECSB) at their production facility in Estonia.

The plant in Salutaguse, Estonia, is dedicated to the production of specialty inactive yeasts, yeast fractions and nutrient mixes.Specialized drying and mixing equipment complement the fermentation capabilities at this plant.
The waste water from the Salutaguse site will be anaerobically treated by means of HydroThane technology before it is further treated by aerobic treatment for discharge.
The ECSB plant will be in operation beginning of 2016.
